8. Availability & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery times depend on the shipping location and courier services.
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• If no one is available to accept the delivery, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing by REXO, delivery will be made to the Buyer’s place of business via a carrier appointed by REXO.
• Claims for non-delivery, shortages, or damaged goods must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery.
• Delivery dates are estimates only, and REXO is not liable for any direct or indirect loss due to delays. A delay exceeding 60 days may allow for contract cancellation.
• Non-delivery claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
• REXO’s carrier cannot accept returns without prior approval and supporting documentation.
• Any liability for non-delivery is limited to replacement of goods within a reasonable timeframe or issuing a credit note.
9. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, opened items, or perishable goods.
10. Warranty & Liability
• Our products are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
• We are not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications to the product.
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
