You will receive an order acknowledgment email, but this does not confirm acceptance.

Acceptance is confirmed once the order is processed and dispatched.

8. Availability & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Delivery times depend on the shipping location and courier services.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by REXO, delivery will be made to the Buyer’s place of business via a carrier appointed by REXO.

Claims for non-delivery, shortages, or damaged goods must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates only, and REXO is not liable for any direct or indirect loss due to delays. A delay exceeding 60 days may allow for contract cancellation.

Non-delivery claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

REXO’s carrier cannot accept returns without prior approval and supporting documentation.

Any liability for non-delivery is limited to replacement of goods within a reasonable timeframe or issuing a credit note.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, opened items, or perishable goods.

 

10. Warranty & Liability

Our products are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

We are not liable for:

 Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications to the product.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
